The SAFE Guide

Purpose

The Guide is designed to meet the needs of pilots wishing to fly both domestically and internationally and planning to discover new airports. The Guide contains information which is of interest to the passengers as well.

The Guide provides you with the following:

• List of ICAO registered airports and airfields in a number of European countries
• Photos of each of the airports
• 360^o flight video for most of the airports shown in the Guide
• Basic airport characteristics - runway length a and surface, availability of fuel, additional services, points of interest in the vicinity, webcam is available, ground transportation, website address and contacts
• For most airports and airfields our own experience with landing at the airport concerned, availability of refreshments, food, accommodation and other services
• Discussion forum sharing various pilots´ experience

The SAFE Guide is located at the website of the Czech/Slovak No 1 aviation magazine Flying Revue. The address is www.flying-revue.com. Our guide contains countries and areas: Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy (incl. Sardinia and Sicily), Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland + Special content (Alpine airports)

For the year 2026, we plan to include Belgium and the remaining airports in France and Spain.
