The Highlands of Scotland, the Scottish coast, Scottish lakes – you just need a bit of luck with the weather and you can see the beauty of Scotland from the air.

On of the airfields which can help you discover Scotland is definitely Glenforsa with its 2500 feet long grass runway 25/07 running parallel to the seashore. You just need to check it before landing to make sure there are no sheep.

Next to the airfield is a cosy lodge and a good restaurant. You can therefore make Glenforsa your base for discovering Scotland from the air. Glenforsa is a PPR airfield but there is no problem getting the permission by e-mail or telephone.

Our new video series „Take offs and landings“ will bring to you every Wednesday one video taken during a take off or landing during one of Flying Revue flight expeditions. Flying Revue expedition aircraft have landed already at more than 400 airports and airfields around the globe. For many reasons, not all our take offs and landings have been videoed.
